Welcome to the Zylentech OÜ platform and mobile application (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or web platform, you (“user” or “you”) agree to comply with the following Terms of Use and General Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our platform or mobile application.

1.1. By using the platform or mobile application, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.

2.2. You agree to use the platform and mobile application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.3. You may not use the platform or mobile application in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair its operation or interfere with other users’ experience.

3.1. To access certain features, you may need to register and create an account.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities conducted through your account.

3.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

4.1. All content available on the platform and mobile application, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and other audiovisual elements, is the exclusive property of Zylentech OÜ or its providers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2. Explicit Restrictions:

1. Downloading, copying, reproducing, or storing videos or any other content from the platform or mobile application is not allowed unless prior written authorization is granted.

2. Screenshots, screen recordings, or any attempt to replicate, record, or copy the content by any means, physical or digital, are strictly prohibited.

3. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or altering the platform, mobile application, or its content in any way is forbidden.

4. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, retransmission, or publication of content on any platform or medium, public or private, is prohibited without express permission.

4.3. Any attempt to bypass technical protection mechanisms (e.g., DRM, encryption, or access restrictions) on the platform or mobile application constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in:

1. Immediate suspension of the user’s account.

2. Revocation of access to all acquired content, with no right to a refund.

3. Legal actions for damages, including but not limited to economic and criminal penalties.

4.4. Users acknowledge that all content offered on the platform and mobile application is exclusively for personal access and use as defined by Zylentech OÜ. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.

4.5. We reserve the right to monitor the use of the platform and mobile application to ensure compliance with this policy, while respecting applicable privacy laws.

5.1. Access to purchased courses is exclusive and non-transferable, strictly associated with the account holder.

5.2. Sharing, transferring, retransmitting, or allowing third-party access to courses is expressly prohibited, including:

1. Streaming on platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Zoom, or similar services.

2. Real-time playback for private groups or companies.

5.3. Breaching this clause may result in:

1. Immediate suspension of the account.

2. Revocation of access to courses, with no right to a refund.

3. Legal actions for damages.

6.1. The mobile application is designed for use exclusively on authorized devices.

6.2. You may not:

1. Modify, decompile, or attempt to extract the application’s source code.

2. Use the mobile application on unsupported devices or in violation of app store terms (e.g., Google Play or App Store).

6.3. Unauthorized use of the mobile application may result in the immediate suspension of your account.

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using our platform or mobile application, you consent to these practices.

8.1. The platform and mobile application are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind.

8.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zylentech OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or mobile application.

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, unless stated otherwise.

9.2. For users in other countries, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the country where our local partners or affiliates are located.
